We sell trendy imitation jewellery and 1 gram gold plated jewellery. All products are subject to availability. By placing an order, you agree to complete the transaction and abide by our policies.
2. Payment
All orders must be pre-approved with an acceptable method of payment. Full payment must be received before the order is accepted and shipped.
3. Shipping and Delivery
We offer shipping all over India. The address provided for delivery must be correct and proper in all respects. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by third-party courier services.
4. Returns, Exchanges, and Replacements
General Policy for All Jewellery (Except 1 Gram Gold):
- All trendy and imitation jewellery, other than the 1 gram gold collection, is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- We only accept returns or replacements if the product is proven to have a genuine manufacturing defect, and this must be brought to our notice within a specific timeframe (e.g., 24-48 hours of delivery) with clear photographic proof.
- Items that are physically broken or damaged due to negligence or wear and tear are not eligible for any return or replacement.
Special Lifetime Replacement Warranty for 1 Gram Gold Jewellery:
- Our 1 gram gold jewellery comes with a Lifetime Replacement Warranty specifically covering the fading or removal of the gold plating/colour.
- If the colour fades, customers are eligible for a 50% refund of the original purchase price.
- This refund is provided as store credit or a discount code, which can be used to purchase a new piece of jewellery from our website, valid for redemption anywhere in India.
- To initiate a claim under this warranty, the customer must present proof of purchase (invoice/guarantee card) and the original jewellery item in its entirety.
- Important Condition: The jewellery must be intact and not physically broken, damaged, or missing parts due to customer error or misuse.
- Once a replacement is issued under this policy, the new product will carry the same guarantee.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including images, designs, logos, and text, is the property of Maison Aura Jewels or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use any of this content without our express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Maison Aura Jewels is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or our products. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law, except for the specific 1 gram gold warranty mentioned above.
