Refund and Return Policy (Maison Aura Jewels)
At Maison Aura Jewels, we take extreme care in packaging your favorite jewellery. To maintain transparency and protect both the customer and our brand, we have a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.
1. Mandatory Unboxing Video (For Damage Claims)
We perform a multi-level quality check before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or wrong product, a 360-degree Unboxing Video is MANDATORY.
- The video must start before you open the courier seal.
- The video must be continuous (no cuts/edits) and clearly show the shipping label and the condition of the product.
- Why is this required? This helps us verify if the product was defective from our end or damaged/tampered with during transit.
- Without a clear unboxing video, no claims for “Damaged in Transit” or “Wrong Product Received” will be entertained.
2. General Returns (Trendy Imitation Jewellery)
- All Trendy and Imitation jewellery (except 1 Gram Gold) is Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable.
- Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or defective, supported by the mandatory unboxing video sent within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Lifetime Replacement Warranty (Exclusively for 1 Gram Gold)
We offer a unique Lifetime Replacement Warranty for our 1 Gram Gold collection:
- Coverage: This covers only colour fading issues.
- The 50% Refund Rule: If the colour fades, we will refund 50% of the original price as Store Credit/Discount Code.
- New Purchase: You can use this credit to buy a brand-new piece of jewellery from our online store or our Surat/Mumbai offline stores.
- Condition: The jewellery must NOT be broken. Physically damaged, snapped, or altered pieces are strictly ineligible for this warranty.

5. Refund Process
Cash refunds are not provided; the amount will be credited for your next purchase
Once your return/warranty claim is approved after inspection, the refund (Store Credit) will be issued within 5-7 business days.
